1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

This website is deliberately minimal. We collect two things:

• What you send us through the contact form — your name, email address, an optional subject line and the message itself. You choose what to put in it.
• Standard server logs — IP address, the page requested, timestamp, browser user-agent. These are produced automatically by the web server and are used for security and to diagnose faults.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party profiling scripts on this website. The site sets no cookies for visitors who do not submit the form.

3. Why we process it

• To answer you. Contact-form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to any follow-up correspondence about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To keep the site up and secure. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site safely.

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis, normally within 30 days.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Data is disclosed only to the service providers strictly required to operate the site, and only to the extent required:

• our hosting provider, which operates the servers on which the site runs;
• our email provider, through which the contact form is delivered to our inbox;
• a content delivery and security network in front of the site.

Where a provider is located outside Serbia or the European Economic Area, transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where we are legally obliged to do so.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to provide it in a portable form. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@emlmediadoo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

7. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the revision date above. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated by email.
